3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for the execution of your project. You are
responsible for securing rights to any content, images, or materials shared with us for use in
campaigns or designs.
4. Payments
All payments must be made as per the agreed project contract or invoice. Late payments may result
in service suspension. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of content created by us remain our property until full payment is
received. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless
otherwise specified.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. Both parties agree not to
disclose confidential information to third parties without prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our
services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. The client must pay for all work
completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
